We renovated our home in 2005.  Sandy was involved from the beginning.  He was our first choice as general contractor, and we have never questioned our selection.

This was a very large project:  a total renovation of the existing structure and an extension of over 3,000 square feet.

He started and finished the job on schedule.  There were no delays, no interruptions; he was on site at all times, and the work progressed as expected.  The project was started in January and we were finished July 31.  We watched other much smaller projects in our neighbourhood drag on much longer.   

We lived in the home during this construction.  Sandy managed the project around us. 

His management of the site was exceptional allowing us to continue to live in near comfort during the construction. 

He kept to the construction budget, which is very difficult on renovation projects, and the only overruns were upgrades that we elected to make during the project. 

It is now two years since the project was completed, and we are delighted with the quality of his craftsmanship.  Scarce a day goes by that we don’t have cars stopped at the foot of our driveway admiring the house.
